I understand that Juliana and other miniature pigs can live 12-20 years and require a long-term financial and daily-care commitment.

I understand that “miniature” does not mean the pig will remain piglet-sized, and adult size cannot be guaranteed.

I will confirm that pigs are permitted at my property and will obtain any required approvals before pickup.

I will provide secure fencing, suitable shelter, fresh water, appropriate feed, enrichment, and routine veterinary care.

I understand that this piglet is expected to be ready around September 4, 2026 only if he is fully weaned, eating independently, healthy, and thriving.

I understand that approval is based on the best interests of the piglet and that The Loft Farm LLC may decline an application.

I agree to contact The Loft Farm LLC first if I can no longer keep the pig, rather than abandoning, auctioning, or giving him away without notice.
